NOVA Corporation is actively seeking an SAP Analyst in Ogden, Utah to perform the following responsibilities:

  • The individual will work with and provide support for DLA Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Data Migration formerly known as Business Systems Modernization or BSM with application liaison support in SAP, Manugistics,e-procurement, ICAN, Portal/External Portal and Database support.
  • The support will include the integration of multiple programs across development, application support, security, systems administration and network support teams.
  • They will conduct daily application checks - perform follow-up tasks as needed.
  • The individual will also develop and maintain requisite documentation and standard operating instructions.


Application Administrator Support cover all services identified herein including but not limited to:

  • Application Administration for the SAP R/3, CRM, BW, Enterprise Portal, Manugistics Collaborate / SCPO, e-procurement, Netegrity Single Sign-on, and where possible a custom developed suite of procurement applications from DLA known as DPACS, DIBBS, PACE and ECF
  • Key performance requirements include the following: Configuration Management – Integration and tracking of infrastructure and security changes between application development into live production architecture
  • Service Desk Management/integration – Cross-domain/organization integration and coordination
  • IT COOP / DR Plan Management – updates to documentation, site test plan and design
  • Annual tests supporting business requirements
  • Capacity Management – continuous monitoring and predictive modeling of growth
  • Performance Management – continuous monitoring and predictive modeling of system performance
  • Budget Management – understanding of upcoming changes in operations
  • Maintain alert and event management configuration and respond to event management alerts
  • Monitor and respond, as appropriate, to problem management and service requests through the problem management and service request systems
  • Provide consultative assistance related to system level activities
  • Follow ITIL processes that are implemented for DISA
  • Includes Incident, Change, and Problem Management
  • Perform on call functions as required and be available during such periods 24x7
  • Provide monthly status reports by the last day of the month


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and training
  • 4 - 8 years’ experience
  • Ability to obtain Security + Certification and maintain required continued education credits
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
