This individual will be the a Program Manager (PM) who shall serve as the primary representative responsible for communicating and monitoring all efforts within this task order, participating in Program Management Reviews (PMR) and ensuring compliance with all standards referenced herein. The Program Manager shall serve as the point of contact (POC) in providing a Monthly Status Report (MSR) on all program activities to maintain control and provide the Government visibility into contractor program activities and progress. The individual will establish and execute processes necessary to manage program schedule, cost, staffing, metrics, version release milestones, risk and issue management, regular status meetings, survey management and agile software development. All processes established to manage the program shall be documented in a Program Management Plan (PMP). Tasks associated with this scope may include:
