DDC-ITS is 100% owned by the Navajo Nation and has been in business since 2011. Our focus is on the ever-changing world of Cyber Security with respect to staffing for building and securing networks and enterprise applications. Responsibilities

The individual will have full responsibility to manage and grow DDC-ITS capabilities in the Air Force market.  Key Roles identified below

  • Manages Customer Relationships
  • Identify key capabilities
  • Work with corporate staff to ensure programs and staff operate as expected
  • Work with Business Development to identify & pursue new opportunities
  • Selects personnel according to knowledge and experience in area with which program is concerned
  • Confers with staff to explain program and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of program.
  • Directs and coordinates personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program.
  • Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives. Prepares program reports for superiors.
  • Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.

 

 

The individual will need an Information Technology background as well as an understanding of Air Force Acquisition processes.

 

  • Broad Information Technology understanding to include but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Master Data Management, Database support, creating dash boards as well as other User Interfaces.
  • Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework & Cyber Security requirements
  • Understanding of Air Force Program Execution Officers
  • Understanding of Air Force Acquisition process and how it relates to Business Development efforts
  • Knowledge of Air Force mandatory contract vehicles
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to support proposal efforts by providing Information Technology thought leadership.
  • Ability to grow capabilities and market presence.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology and Air Force contracting Market
  • Position located in Dayton, Ohio
  • Current active security clearance
