    The individual will develop, manage, and sustain enterprise architecture and compliance to support AFMC/A4N Data Management and Portfolio Management Responsibilities.

    • Support data architecture and modeling
    • Support collection and cleansing of metadata
    • Support Capability Initiative integration
    The individual will provide General SME and EA Configuration Management System Support for the AFMC/A4N logistics portfolio. Requirements listed below:
    • Have the experience and knowledge of the most recent version of Department of Defense
    Architectural Framework (DoDAF) and all viewpoints, DoD and AF enterprise architecture policy,
    guidance and reference models
    • Knowledge of the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA), Service Development and Delivery
    Process (SDDP) transitioning to Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC), Business Process
    Modeling Notation (BPMN), and the reporting requirements for Business Enterprise Architecture
    (BEA), National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and Information Support Plans (ISPs)
    • Have experience with Unicom’s System Architect and Oracle’s Primavera Portfolio Management
    toolset or subsequent systems adopted by the AF as a replacement portfolio management tool
    • Provide general EA SME support to internal and external stakeholders
    • As directed, maintain content in the AFMC Business Environment (ABE) and perform analysis.
    Build and run reports from the ABE
    • Capable of developing and maintaining logistics EA artifacts to support portfolio management
    responsibilities outlined in AFMCI 33-108
    • Follow all EA policy, laws, and regulations in development activities and review architectural
    documentation to determine compliance with policy
    • Provide EA SME to CIs in the development of the To-Be architecture
    • Document “As-is” and “To-be” processes and conduct gap analysis between the two states of
    • The individual will deliver as requested:
    • EA Reports and data calls, both manually compiled and extracted from the ABE
    • AFMC Enterprise level architectural viewpoints
    • Gap analysis documentation and recommendations
    • Enterprise Architectural viewpoints

    Furthermore the individual will perform the following:
    • Provide architecture-specific technical expertise to review and develop DoDAF-compliant
    architecture artifacts within the ABE
    • Utilize ABE to capture and analyze architectural information
    • Facilitate the development, review, analysis, and reporting of architecture artifacts IAW DoDAF
    2.0, or the most current version, and Business Process Model and Notation standards
    • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency occurs across the logistics enterprise as new artifacts
    are being produced by legacy systems and/or transformation initiatives
    • Identify and recommend expansion of IT system architecture documentation below the current level
    that is appropriate for the logistics enterprise
    • Comply with the AFMC Architecture Standards Manual, which allows architects to develop
    products of a consistent look and feel
    • Establish procedures and guidelines for oversight of logistics business architecture activities
    • Identify and create reports, as needed, to support analysis within the logistics portfolio
    • Support architecture compliance requirements including, but not limited to: BEA, including
    Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS), compliance and the AF standard portfolio
    management solution
    • Support analysis of proposed system changes and modernization approaches in order to determine
    proposed enterprise changes to the logistics portfolio
    • Develop/consolidate logistics enterprise architecture standards
    • Collaborate with architects working across logistics portfolio to ensure all work complies with
    logistics enterprise architecture standards
    • Maintain configuration control of the logistics enterprise architecture
    • Suggest areas of improvement to logistics business area within ABE
    • Assist users and other architects with understanding the logistics architecture as reflected in ABE
    • Participate in and support the AFMC A4 EA efforts to integrate and ensure consistency across the
    Logistics CI architectures by supporting AFMC EA meetings and providing input, including
    review, to the architecture artifacts
