Provide system administration technical support for the Windows Server systems SIPR access is required to support current and future customer workloads that reside on the SECRET network. JWICS access is required for one position to support current and future customer workloads that reside on the SCI network. The equipment and software that reside on the SCI/SIPR network cannot be accomplished without access to this network.
Install, configure, maintain, manage, functionally validate and troubleshoot MS Windows Server operating environments and associated components such as, but not limited to the Registry, Active Directory, Internet Information Service (IIS), Domain Name System (DNS), TCP/IP, Network File Systems (NFS), and networking components. Ensure operating environments are properly configured and functioning with specified network, and storage components and applicable tool suites.
Configure networking and storage components to meet engineering specifications at the OS Windows Server level.
Windows scripting (PowerShell and other DISA standard tools) to optimize and automate system administrator tasks.
Manage clustering at the OS level, leveraging Veritas Clustering software as well as other clustering packages.
Technical Skills Required:
*MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN WITH A CURRENT SECRET IT-1 CLEARANCE*
Bachelor’s degree or eight years of experience in lieu of a college degree.
