    • Provide technical support for EPC project activities to help develop and maintain project schedules and implementation plans, identify and help manage project risks, develop infrastructure, performance, functional and final cutover test plans. 
    • Provide technical support to ensure effective integration, liaison, and coordination with DISA CSD and DLA, functional application, and Sustainment personnel testing resources to deliver timely scheduling of all testing activities on the functional priorities list (FPL), with appropriate functional and performance testing support for EPC sustainment. Support development of all relevant infrastructure, application regression, and performance test plans.
    • Execute a support plan for the program
    • Review, and report technical, cost and schedule progress
    • Identify problems/issues to the appropriate DISA CSD management level to ensure resolution
    • Ensure product quality objectives are met
    • Coordinate resource requirements for application aspects of support.

    • Prior DoD or DISA work experience
    • Prior project coordination preferred.

    • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Extremely detail-oriented; ability to produce accurate and timely reports
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); knowledge of contemporary project management tools.
    • Strong decision making ability and judgment


    Technical Skills Required:

    • BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM)




    Certifications Required


    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or eight years of experience in lieu of a college degree
