    The Contractor shall provide project management and technical services to support the Procuring Contracting Officer Letter (PCOL) Writing Solution, created and deployed under the auspices of the AFLCMC/OZI Center Information Technology Office (CITO) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio.


    This effort is based on the capabilities that exist in out of the box SharePoint to implement the Procurement Contracting Officer Letter (PCOL) Program.  The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working applications developed and operating in SharePoint 2013. Solutioning and Integration Support including Business Modeling, Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Design, Implementation, Configuration and Testing, Training, Automated Deployment Script Updates, Deployment and Change Management.


    • 2-3 years of SharePoint Experience
    • SharePoint Site Collection Administration Experience
    • Experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio and Microsoft Visio
    • Experience with developing educational materials to accompany the developed applications would be a plus.
    • Capable of managing a project, small team, tracking cost, managing deliverables
