    Responsibilities

    Software Tool Subject Matter Expert for HIBC Legacy Contracting Systems Programs - Database and Application Support, Programs: ConWrite, CBIS, ADIS and CIDS.

     

    • Position will assist in developing program technical plans and the program technical flight plan and development of a baseline schedule for technical changes to reduce technical debt
    • Position will aid in the identification and planning of technical requirement/debt will be inserted into program technical flight plan for each program
    • Capable of explaining technical explanation to non-technical persons
    • Provide expertise and recommended solutions in planning and management support for identification, selection, and implementation of software tool suite to support an agile development of a BPM capability
    • Provide expertise and recommendations for improvement to ensure the PMO has an integrated software tool
    • Provide technical analysis and evaluation that support a software tool plan
    • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for improvement that support managing software licenses, strategies and framework

    Qualifications

    • Familiar with Agile Development Mythology

    MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN WITH A SECRET CLEARANCE
