    Duties & responsibilities:
    Project Management Support. That contractor shall provide project leads to act in the capacity of a central point of contact in response to a customer’s request for a technical cost estimate. This includes full life-cycle management from the inception of a customer’s request through the development of technical cost estimates and project implementation activities and closure of projects.

    • The contractor shall interface with customer points of contact.
    • The contractor shall assess customer’s business and technical needs.
    • The contractor shall assemble team members required to support all activities.
    • The contractor shall monitor and assign all tasks to appropriate team members.
    • The contractor shall monitor all process life-cycle compliant activities in response to a customer’s request.
    • The contractor shall facilitate communications between team members and customer points of contact to include planning and requirements meetings.
    • The contractor shall identify project tasks/milestones/schedule
    • The contractor shall assist DISA on delivering and maintaining a detailed Project Plan to include project tasks, milestones, schedules, resources and their availability.
    • The contractor shall provide, document and consolidate assessments of Risks and appropriate mitigations.
    • The contractor shall work with DISA customers and DECC personnel, and project technical staff to define systems and data migrations plans and strategies.
    • The contract requires training and understanding in the following process areas:
      • Requirements Management
      • Project Planning
      • Use of Microsoft Project
      • Project Monitoring and Control
      • Measurement and Analysis
      • Quality Assurance
      • Configuration/Change Management
    • Program-wide Communications. DISA needs assistance to keep all DISA and customer stakeholders well informed about key activities, project plans, and key leadership decisions.




    Skills Required: 

    • Strong Project Management skills
    • Project control and monitoring experience

    Competencies Required: 

    • Microsoft Project
    • Running reports in SharePoint

    Technical Skills Required: 

    • Microsoft Project
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Internet
    • SharePoint

    Certifications Required
